Search Queries
A name or location entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider that operates that search service. The provider processes the entry and supplies its results. Rockwall County Criminal History does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email sent to us may be retained so we can respond. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.
Data We Gather Automatically

No Criminal-Record Data on File
Rockwall County Criminal History does not maintain, assemble, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It provides general directions to records held by the Rockwall County Sheriff, court clerks, Texas Department of Public Safety, and Texas Public Sex Offender Registry. It is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not compiled into consumer reports or dossiers about other people.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Their own privacy policies govern information entered in those tools, including retention and disclosure practices. We do not control those policies, so review the applicable provider's terms before submitting information.

Links may lead to Rockwall County offices, Texas agencies, courts, legal resources, or outside search services. Once you leave this website, the destination's privacy policy controls. Read that policy before providing personal information.
